1.Candidate should send his/her latest resume with embedded PP size picture. ( in case of female candidates if they wear hijab then they can send picture in hijab)
2. Scan copy of CNIC both sides.
3. Scan of last degree attained or provisional certificates along with detailed marks sheet.
4. For pay/internship payments candidate must have account by his/her legal name as on NIC in any branch of SCB and provide account number.
5. Complete mailing address and proper working PTCL/ Mobile number.
6. Candidate must have Skype id by his/her legal name as appear on NIC, and Gmail id by legal name as appear on NIC ( e.g. john smith Skype= john.smith1985 and Gmail/Gtalk id john.smith1985. where legal name is john smith as appear on NIC and 1985 may be his DOB or any 4 digits to make it unique or available)
7. Candidate should able to fill up contract and scan it and send it by fax or email.
8. Candidate must have reliable laptop/ Desktop with good specs, AVG antivirus should have installed if any virus/malicious code uploaded on server candidate will be warned for first and last time, next time if he/she uploaded any malicious stuff on server get fired.
9. Candidate must have options to online during short or long power outages like UPS or generator etc. and must have reliable internet connection, backup connection is also required like Mobile GPRS etc. and candidate must know how to use phone as modem and use its GPRS to connect his/her laptop / desktop.
10. Candidate must be loyal with @t Soft and its management always Trueful, honest and very professional he or she should bear all qualities that a true Muslim should have in general.
11. Final interview before hiring for internship would be conducted on phone. Candidate should have Ufone number and should able to speak in English when required as sometimes we have to include programmer in conference call with our north American clients. 12. There will be three stages of internship.
- Entry level.
- Medium level.
- Final level.
Each level consists of 6 weeks’ time. Whatever given to you , you must complete in time. You will be graded after end of each level, and moves to next level if you get passed in each level with 80% marks.

GENERAL TERMS FOR INTERNSHIP / TEMPORARY JOB/ PERMANENT JOB
1. Contract terms for Internship/Temporary job/ Permanent Job are valid for fixed amount of time as specified on contract.
2. In case candidate violates terms of agreement will be fired.
3. In case candidate like to Resign he/she must give a proper notice to @t Soft by email least 2 weeks in advance.
4. In case @t Soft like to terminate job of a member on technical grounds like shortage of work or overall unprofessional attitude or lack of focus towards work , @t Soft will notify such candidate 2 weeks of notice so he/she can either fix the issue or leave.
5. In case of good member ( consistent+ professional + hardworking) if there is not sufficient work then @t Soft may change his/her full time status to half time and if member is already on half time then may be laid off ( without any pay but will be on @t Soft roll until proper work come for that specific person) whenever project came that suits the skills of member who is laid off or on forced non paid leaves will called back to work. if member reports for duty from 1-7th of month, he/she will get full salary, if member asked to join back between 8th to 15th of any month he/she will get 3 weeks of salary if called after 15th then get half salary.)
6.Member will always be online on @t Soft provided IM or chat and always online and prompt in replies, if member need to go away from PC then he/she must change status away, there are 6 working days and candidate must complete his/her working hours, in case of missing hours candidate should complete it in other days by working one hour longer daily etc.
7. As @t Soft works with mostly north American / Canadian clients so we observe their timing i.e. 9-5 PM EST ( eastern standard time with day light savings) and members PC should showing EST by default along with local time, locally it will be from 6 PM to 3 AM in winters and 5PM to 2 AM in summers. windows 8 is preferred OS.
8. All members will have one hour break that they can take in parts of once for prayers+dinner+chores etc.
9. Member must treat this job as serious as sitting in office, preferred way of working is having separate room if available so member can work without disturbance.
10. All work and projects done under @t Soft is copy right protected as per American laws so be careful and don’t post any work you done under @t Soft in your Personal Portfolios online, as it resulted in law suits. So be a Good and Professional Programmer also be a Good Muslim and obey what you committed.
11. All members of @t Soft will not share clients info or project specifications outside with anyone else related to same field. as in USA we sign deals with clients and NDA.
12. For permanent members there are 10 to 12 annual paid holidays usually given at end of year for R&R. Members working on half time for one year will also avail it.
13. Our annual holiday schedule is as 23 March, 14th August, 2 or 3 holidays for both Eid ( depends on situation if @t Soft ask you to avail 2 Eid holidays instead of 3 then @t Soft will pay you EIDI + EID BONUS, however if @t Soft announce 3 holidays for both EIDS then only EIDI will be given), Eid Milad-ul -Nabi, 10th Moharram, 25th December, New Year. in case of work situation except for EID holidays rest of holidays can be substituted and avail later on.
14. Permanent and Full time members will enjoy perks too that will depends upon person to person, personal skills , professional attitude, consistency and ability to learn new things fast.
15. There will be paid one casual holiday for all full time and half time members, if someone ask for more than it will considered as non-paid leave. Any casual leave or emergency leave must be approved least 72 hours before in case of planned leave, in case of emergency leave email should be sent for clearly mentioning purpose of emergency leave( emergency implies matter of life and death only)
16. Internship stipend during internship will be 5000 PKR ( Five thousand rupees only). You need to open an account by your legal name ( as per on CNIC ) in SCB ( any branch near your house) its mandatory as we have only arrangement with SCB to transfer your salary / internship pay directly into your account.
After successful passing out in internship you will hired as JUNIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER/ PROGRAMMER/DEVELOPER and your basic pay will be 10,000 PKR ( ten thousand rupees only ) plus if you work on live projects and finish it in given time you will be given 5 % bonus on each project, if its completed within specified time and if client happy.
one month pay will be held as security and it will be given to you when you leave from here.
After 4 months of successful job you will be given raise of 3000 PKR.
After another 4 months of successful job and following above 5 basic rules another raise of 3000 PKR will be given.
After completion of one year with @t Soft your base pay will be 20,000 ( twenty thousand rupees only)
After completion of one year with @T Soft your project bonus will raised to 10%. If project applied cost is $100, your bonus will be $10 USD.
After completion of 1.5 years with @t Soft your base pay will be 30,000 PKR
After completion of 2 years with @t Soft your base pay will be 40,000 PKR.
At this stage you will be involved in executive decision of @t Soft, and given additional status of Executive Manager
Plus you will be given status of senior software engineer/ programmer/developer and if you will be given status of project manager. At this stage you will manage your own junior programmer/designer
After completion of 2.5 years with @t Soft your base pay will be 50,000 PKR
After completion of 3 years with @t Soft your base pay will be 60,000 PKR. (at this stage your bonus and pay will be above 100,000 PKR per month)
If you complete 5 years with deduction then your status will be of partner in company and you will be given some percentage of annual profit in addition to your salary +bonus/
